I'm not sure why this game has received negative reviews because, based on my personal experience, I've had a great time playing it! The visuals look great, and the mechanics of playing as the Stagg are enjoyable. The developers are actively working on the game and communicate with members of their Discord community, which is a great sign of ongoing support. I'd recommend giving this game a chance, especially if you have friends to play with. You can play solo against AI or enjoy multiplayer with up to six players in a lobby. In my opinion, this is the best modern alternative to In Silence, an abandoned game that some players can no longer enjoy due to the lack of updates and issues with getting stuck on the loading screen. If you're looking for a similar experience, this game is worth checking out. It's also exciting to see the developers continuing to work on new mechanics and improve the overall experience. They already dropped a patch for balancing. For the current price its worthy!!! Give it a shot with your friends and have some fun! I look forward to seeing how the game develops.

HDR doesn't work in the game. I even tried editing the `GameUserSettings.ini` file and manually enabling HDR by creating an `Engine.ini` file, but it still doesn't work, despite HDR being enabled in both Windows and my monitor's settings. HDR doesn't work in the game. I even tried editing the `GameUserSettings.ini` file and manually enabling HDR by creating an `Engine.ini` file, but it still doesn't work, despite HDR being enabled in both Windows and my monitor's settings. I also tried running the game in both DirectX 11 and DirectX 12. Just looking at the menu feels like a seizure risk. After spending a minute in the settings, I developed a severe migraine because of the flickering text and had to take painkillers. The game also looks heavily AI-generated, and the generated images and text have a very noticeable Anthropic-like feel to them. The monster finds you constantly, even when you don't make a sound, and the environment seems to be filled with randomly thrown-in free building assets, some of which have textures that don't match the rest of the environment. The game doesn't look nearly as good as it does in the trailer, because you have to turn off all these visual effects just to avoid feeling sick. I refunded the game.
