I just want to say first of all, that I don't mean to attack this game or otherwise deface it when I'm writing this review. Aside from the very obvious issues that were noticed during my pretty short playsession, there were many ideas worth trying here, and I feel the experience's jank was fun in a way that I could definitely recommend and mention this to somebody who might want to try a janky experience like Ultrakill, but different. But when it comes to recommending a friend I know... I can't recommend this at this stage. For a game that very few people know about, this is great concept wise, however it makes sense why this was abandoned in 2023 and made free to play this year. It is unfinished, the system requirements are overshot and overall there is a lot of polish here that leaves you wanting more. However even if the experience was painful, there is a great idea here, and I'm sad to know the creator couldn't keep it up. But unfortunately, there is some lack of polish here, and I want to bring attention to it. Let's start with positives, there are a lot of cool concepts here. The way I can best explain this, is that all the guns are overheat-based instead of using magazines, and the gameplay is a hybrid of Titanfall and ULTRAKILL. In multiplayer, you get mainly the Titanfall side with the fast movement, all the tricks and parkour, and the PvP gameplay. In singleplayer, you get ULTRAKILL style arenas to clear enemies out of before you can continue and move on. There's many great ideas here, and there are even little details that enhance the game, such as EXIT indicators in singleplayer, making it easy to identify where the path is. Thank you for that, that was much appreciated! There is also Akimbo, which is locked behind an ability with a cooldown, which while in multiplayer doesn't quite fit, does wonders in Singleplayer. However, there are also a lot of problems. First of all, you are often left to guess what is happening or how to do things. If you jump right into Multiplayer, you have to figure out all the controls and keys yourself, because the game doesn't tell you "Press Z to activate your Akimbo ability!", instead it just tells you "Akimbo Ready" and nothing else. The Singleplayer tutorial doesn't address this either, it tells you about the mechanics without actually guiding you, just leaving you to guess how to do something. For example, they tell you that there is "Wall-running" with a floating piece of text that just says "Wall-Run"... And they don't tell you how to do it. They do this with many of the mechanics, including the "Shart-Bounce"? Which is not at all explained. If I had to point to the most disappointing experience here, it is Multiplayer, hands down. There are many things missing that could have given this game longevity and made it more enjoyable for beginners, such as bot AI, properly telling the user that guns are progression based, and more indicators on how to do things. Instead, you get nothing but listen servers created by users, that are all victim to be empty, because nobody gives a ♥♥♥♥ about this game anymore. This is mounted with all of the other issues, such as the visual bugs at the start of co-op, resulting in everything attached to your viewmodel (the gun, your hands, the "round starting" text) flickering and freaking out when looking around. Escape also opens the pause menu, but doesn't also close it. Which is annoying as ♥♥♥♥. The closest you get to a playable "solo" experience in here is Wave Survival... Which has its own fair share of problems, like ludacriously difficult AI, no pausing for solo play, and the game taking like a full minute to start a round with enemies, about 15 seconds of which being just sitting and doing nothing. The mode is so punishing, you can sit still and die in a blink of an eye, from just one bullet. Even if you alleviate this by moving around, not only does this overstimulate me and make it hard to enjoy and play, the enemies are STILL stro

Really solid, I enjoyed what I bought it in EA, but now that it's FREE there's genuinely no reason not to play this. Campaign is definitely fairly short, and I'm not sure if the PVP scene is active anymore, the dev used to host weekly FFAs but I'm assuming that time is long gone. But it's a good time!

Pretty cool game with interesting weapons and semi interesting movement. But with how many weapons there in the game and how you have multiple weapons per level im astonished that you're not able to bind weapon slots to specific keys, and for that reason while i would recommend this game for someone to atleast try i will not be playing it any more than i currently have.

Now, reading all the reviews. This game everyone says it reminds them of Titanfall but you know what it reminds me of? Postal Brain Damaged, Portal 2, and Doom. But I'd say out of all 3 games, Postal Brain Damaged because with the comic style, crude humor, and both playing hardcore music when killing enemies! I love killing the low polygraphic 3D cyber cat in cyber Hell!! It is a good stress reliever when I am pissed off! And it resembles that game the most IMHO. Farting everytime I land makes anyone childlike chuckle. Just look at Postal Brain Damaged; it damaged my brain! But in a good way. Plus, player vs. player looks fun!! I highly recommend this game!! And I love that sexy low polygraphic 3D mustache anti-hero!! Same with the anti-hero from Postal Brain Damaged except he's hotter for a mentally challenged simpleton.
